We are attempting to get Victorian Divers on the map and into the record books!
& We need Your help!
The Dive Industry of Victoria Association – D.I.V.A., in conjunction with your local dive shop and dive club, are attempting to join the Guinness World Records, in an attempt to form the worlds longest chain of scuba divers, which currently stands at 308 divers.
We are very excited to offer our divers an opportunity to be part of this exciting project, together with our friends from other local Victorian dive stores, dive charter operators and dive clubs.
The event is planed for Saturday the 2nd December with a contingency date of Saturday 9th of December (if the weather does not behave). The event will be open for anyone holding an Open Water certification or higher level training, who has recent local diving experience.
Be a part of diving history and help break a world record! We plan to get 300+ divers holding hands underwater at Rye Pier to form; The Worlds Longest Ever Underwater Human Chain!
